The Speaker:
Jared Thurmon will be speaking at 12-Twelve. Jared grew up in the Marietta church and has a passion to show others the life changing experience of what Christ can do when you seek Him with all of your heart. He was asked by some of the leadership at the Marietta Seventh-day Adventist church to show the high school and college age men and women of Atlanta what God is like and why we must choose Him today.
“I am so excited about this opportunity to share what is on my heart during these 12 meetings. I love my church and I believe God is ready to do some awesome things on the earth and in our lives. The thing is this though: He said He would use young people to finish the work of spreading the gospel, so naturally we have to prepare some leaders to take up the torch and go forward. I do not take this responsibility lightly and I pray that God will be glorified and that the words I speak will not be my own. If you are unable to attend, we plan to record the messages and you can find them posted on this site.”-Jared
